REQUEST A QUOTE
The delivered total, in writing.
Tell us the build and the country it is going to, and we send back one written total: the handheld, the shipping, the expected dispatch and delivery window, and who is responsible for import charges.
Nothing is charged on this page, and no account is created. One form, one reply from a person.
What happens after you send it
We read it and reply. You get an answer by email, usually within one business day. Write to us at [email protected] at any point. The reply names the exact unit, the storage medium, what software is on the card, and confirms there are no copyrighted game files in the box.
You get a total, not a range. If a figure cannot be confirmed at that moment — a courier surcharge, a remote postcode — the reply says which line is still open and when it will be settled, rather than quoting a number that later moves.
You decide. There is no follow-up sequence and no second email if you do not reply. Nothing is reserved and nothing is charged until you say yes in writing.
What the quote covers
The unit. The bare handheld in the board revision and finish you chose, with the add-ons listed. No games, no memory-card bundle.
The route. Shipping to your country, the dispatch and delivery estimates, and who is responsible for import charges — in the same message, so you are not comparing a price here against a fee that appears later.
Import charges. For the United States these are already inside the delivered price shown on the product page. For any other destination the quote says plainly who pays them, rather than leaving it to be discovered at the door.
Before you ask
If your question is about a board revision, a charging fault or a card that will not mount, the answer is probably already written down: which revision you have, the charging light, the format prompt. Those pages are longer than a reply but they are there at 3am.
