When you email us, we receive your email address and the information in your message. The product inquiry button opens a draft email with the configuration you select. It sends nothing until you choose to send that email. Our hosting service may receive technical request data, such as IP address, browser type and access time, to serve and protect the site.

We use messages to answer product, support and return requests. We use essential technical data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not sell your personal data, create a marketing mailing list from support messages, or use advertising cookies on this site.

Where GDPR applies, we process inquiry messages to take steps you request before a purchase, technical logs for our legitimate interest in site security, and records needed to meet legal obligations.

Hosting and email providers process only the information needed to deliver those services. Messages are kept while we handle your request and for any period required to resolve a dispute or meet legal obligations. Technical logs follow the hosting provider's security retention settings. The current configurator does not persist selections in browser storage.

Email us to request access, correction or deletion of personal data we hold, or to object to processing where applicable. We respond in line with applicable privacy law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Our team works in China, so emails sent to us may be accessed there. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information in a product inquiry.
