Terms of sale

The R36S bare device includes the handheld and printed instructions. It does not include a charging cable or game files. The exact system storage medium is confirmed in the written quote. The screen art in product images illustrates the display only. Memory-card configurations are not sold.

The written quote identifies the selected board revision, color, Standard or Advanced WiFi build, and any extras. Supplier board photographs show sample boards; they do not certify every unit as part of the photographed batch.

Choosing a color or sending a product inquiry does not place an order. We provide an individual written quote showing the item price, shipping charge, delivery estimate and import-charge responsibility. A purchase is confirmed only after you accept that quote and receive an order confirmation.

The written quote confirms the system storage medium and boot setup before payment. You are responsible for obtaining software and game files you have the right to use. We do not supply copyrighted ROMs or guarantee compatibility with every third-party system or game.
